Height is determined by a mix of genetics and exposure to hormones, especially HGH and androgens. What does it matter if she got tall with assistance from modern medicine? It is illegal to discriminate based on a person’s medical history.

Cis and trans are useful *in some contexts* and are subheadings of woman or man. In other words you can still be a man, full stop, and be a cisgender man, in the way you can be a man, full stop, and a tall man.
