Extraordinary stupidity or disingenuity being peddled by Chris Philp MP about UK Unis suggesting: 1. There's something sinister in them having London campuses, miles way. There isn't: in the market-driven HE environment Philp surely favours, it's responding to what some/ many students want. 1/3
