In the court of history, it will be established beyond a reasonable doubt that the current SCOTUS, led by Roberts, was absolutely corrupted by monied RW interests and is to blame for enabling felon Trump and his various crimes, which virtually destroyed our democracy and planet.

The problem throughout all 4 estates is the corruption. This is why other democracies have failed - we have joined the trash heap.

If we've learned anything from this specific court, it's that precedent is dead and none of us are constrained by its opinions. Pass whatever laws we want until a later court agrees: That's the jurisprudence conservatives so desperately wanted. We should give it to them good and hard.

Ending the emergency shadow docket and expanding the court must now become a part of every Dem POTUS candidate’s platform in 2028.

Serious question: why is this kind of discussion not public, either directly and automatically or via FOIA? The other branches of government are (theoretically) required to be open. What is the justification for allowing this branch to operate utter secrecy? Is there some legitimate reason?
