If we've learned anything from this specific court, it's that precedent is dead and none of us are constrained by its opinions. Pass whatever laws we want until a later court agrees: That's the jurisprudence conservatives so desperately wanted. We should give it to them good and hard.

Everytime these SCOTUS justices ignore precedent, they claim to be Originalists. IANAL but my opinion is that they are writing "original ideas" & not engaging in the original meaning of the author & time it was written.

Oh man, 1000x this. If there's anything to take away from the Roberts court, it's that they will not ever respect or follow the rule of law. They are wholly illegitimate. And we need to remember that when suddenly it's unconstitutional to hold presidents and their admins accountable
