First look at fake action.

Everything I’ve seen about this movie looks ass, just as with many Disney “live-action” remakes.

Whynwould they show that. Its the end of the movie

They went out of their way to make this film as live action, why couldn't they get a real island shaped as a woman coming out of the ocean?

I REALLY need people to notice the color differences between the two. Why are people so afraid to make magical places colorful in film nowadays? (Not looking at you He-Man, you were plenty colorful.)

Not a single promotional image of this film has looked even halfway decent.

Moana is easily my favorite Disney Princess movie, and I also thought live action Cinderella & Little Mermaid were charming and delightful. Nothing about this update seems interesting or in demand. They merely rushed this so they could cast The Rock, but it was already too late and too soon.

This, is exactly why I LOATHE live action remakes, sucking the life out of animated movies for no reason other than money, as well as trampling all over the story in the cases like Lilo & Stitch. I will NEVER forgive them for assassinating Jumba's character like that, purely for budget reasons too.
