Submitting AI hallucinations to court is always professional negligence, but the potential consequences here are far more serious than any case I have seen before. Time to start disbarring lawyers for cases as serious as this. And the first instance judge missing it is unimpressive too.

Maybe instead of setting up whole new expensive and bureaucratic systems to review refugee status, tax refugees and replace the appeals tribunal, the Home Office should focus on sorting out it's own decision making processes.
