I don’t understand why anyone would trust an establishment liberal who openly supports throwing trans people under the bus. What’s to stop them from “triangulating” on any of the important issues you personally care about?

when you bully me, just know this is who you're being mean to 🥺 (and they like it, don't stop 💦)
Just to be clear on this article, the position I took isn't "developers need to be more brave" but "funding needs to be more brave". Developers make all the cool stuff, just because they want to - the funding side hits it with market research and fear and growth targets and shareholders.

The other day I said these dipshits think "blaming someone for a problem" and "fixing a problem" are the same thing, and here's a live demonstration.
Aaron RuparBASH: How do you prepare for next pandemic? RFK Jr: We did almost everything wrong B: But what about now? K: We need to protect our rights B: ? K: During covid we dismantled our rights B: But I'm asking what *to* do K: You were part of the problem B: You want to sit here and attack me?
I'm not going to be relitigating COVID lockdowns or mask mandates. Both were necessary measures that saved lives. If you cannot accept the curtailing of even the minor of freedoms in the name of public safety, you have demonstrated that you do not give a solitary fuck about the rest of us.
Lockdown people are so funny. They pull out their hair at the fact that schools were closed for five minutes, and then you ask them if they actually want to educate poor and minority children and they’re like of course not
I heard you TF Enthusiasts love bad ending scenarios. How's this one?
People keep trying to run an “eugenics but for good” play and you really don’t have to do that.
You can’t hinge your belief in people having access to basic goods on whether or not they “deserve” them or they’re at “fault” for not having them. Just give people their basic goods.
The politics of Black hair is wilily because effectively it distills down to the hyper surveillance of Black people and Black life AND... the innate cultural belief that any expression of Blackness is inherently wrong
Temu Tisha CampbellWhy do bonnets & durags trigger yall so bad? ESPECIALLY when its not in professional settings…. Like how many days are yall going to fight about this 😭
Ima write this once and that's it. If ppl want info on this, then look it up. I’m not deleting it so searchable on Bsky. Who made up that anarchy is chaos? John Locke. Why? John Locke thought it was hard to feel as tho that ppl’s stuff and safety are protected…1/6
Fuck these myths of Europeans as all civilized living in perfect socialist societies compared to us, & fuck Europeans. These are the creators of white supremacy responsible for exporting it globally who now live well off brutally plundering the whole globe, & they are not classier & more dignified.
Three-cueing is both a product of corporate oligarchy (underfunded schools) and contributes to it (inability to discern demonstrable facts from propagandized context).
It also means you can very easily 'trick' a reader by having correct, accurate text, but pairing it next to an unrelated image. You know, kind of like how a lot of news reporting will state what happened, but put it alongside some disingenuous visual that adds extra context to sway opinion.
It also addresses this paradox of "People are becoming more illiterate, yet social media means they read more news and text than ever before" - social media and online articles have TONS of context supporting them. So people can easily consume them but still be overwhelmed by a book.
