-Power outage at our house (Monday) -Tornado landed in the area I grew up, where many friends and family live (Monday) -Dad went to the hospital for possible sepsis, ruled out (Monday) -Drove our butts down to help clean up tornado damage (Tues-Thurs) -Back to work (Friday)

Dan SohegeGood. Look, if it is a genuinely honest error, most people I know, including myself, aren't going to make a fuss beyond maybe a gentle clarification first time. If people wilfully misgender trans and non-binary individuals though they absolutely should face misconduct proceedings.
