I’m in Denver this week and spotted a Veo (bikeshare) trike downtown! I want these in Minneapolis.

Public works has reduced the driving space so much that you almost can't do anything but drive the speed limit past this elementary school. This is outrageous. It's like they have no concern for the people who left home 5 minutes late to drive their kids to school two towns over.
This is one of the best things I've read in a while about the psychology of car supremacy, and how those of us who even *question* it are viewed as heretics. Thanks to @pflax1.bsky.social for sending this my way.
if you want to know who is stealing tax payer dollars, look at the people with all the dollars
ProPublicaProPublica obtained a vast cache of IRS information showing how billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk pay little in income tax compared to their massive wealth — sometimes, even nothing. From the archives:
"The person who does it the long way; strolls, lingers, walks the kid to school; is labelled either privileged or eccentric, because the doctrine has no category for someone who chose time and effort."
BikeBikeYYCCody, drops a truth bomb - "The cyclist’s sin is not that they slowed you down. Their sin is that they demonstrated the trip could be made without the two-ton machine, in front of witnesses." #yycbike medium.com/@cody.little...
yet another video promoting angie craig that is showing off the old racist minnesota flag. this is a nasty message! majority democrats is led by AI billionaire & hedge fund manager stephen mandel and are big funders behind her
taylrangie craig’s instagram story features a farmer flying the old minnesota state flag, 2 years after we adopted a new one the last thing we need in 2026 is a senator who wants to drag the DFL rightward and appeal to the regressive culture warriors who use the old flag as a symbol
"...it seems the message to the humble Dallas e-bike rider is clear: Screw you, go buy a car."
Alex WolfordWant to ride an e-bike in Highland or University Park? Well, it's going to take a driver's license, a special permit, and a lot of patience. In my latest for @dmagazine.bsky.social, it's another long-winded way Texan cities are telling residents to go by car: www.dmagazine.com/frontburner/...
