Just be fucking honest with a person. If a person is too negative or too sad all the time around you... just bring it up. Tell them that while you want to support them, you can only do so much... and encourage them to seek professional help if they can.

"It is okay to be sad" kinda seems a lie to make the person saying it feel like they are a good person. Like... more often that not.

I hate that it is commonly deemed as "toxic" to express any forms of negativity or sadness. And it feels really hypocritical when the same people labeling those types of expressions are the same type of people that say "it is okay to talk about your emotions".

The game eventually becomes very repetitive and monotonous when trying to complete every thing and make a good build.
