Every part of the DFL should be focused on winning majorities, not defending unpopular incumbents in deep-blue seats. Disappointing.
Luke MielkeDFL Senate Caucus blew $41k on protecting Ron Latz in a safe DFL seat -- 32% of their total candidate spending so far this year -- more than triple what they spent in actual swing districts to protect candidates Grant Hauschild and Eric Putnam that we actually need to maintain a majority.

minnesota state senator john hoffman revealed tonight at the peggy flanagan rally in st. paul that angie craig asked him for his endorsement for US senate while he was still in the ICU after vance boelter shot him really appalling anecdote!
taylrjohn hoffman, MN state senator who survived an assassination attempt by vance boelter, who killed mark and melissa hortman, is here supporting omar fateh. he said fateh was his first visitor when he was in hospital. gave him a note saying “we’ll get that fucker” that is still on his fridge

Stg it’s bananas that Dems /dfl aren’t running against data centers. Even people that want to fly the old racist flag are against them! Absolute slam dunk to be loud against data centers!
MPR NewsThe project would be smaller than hyperscale data centers proposed in other Minnesota communities and promises benefits including jobs and property tax revenue. But many Elk River residents have expressed strong opposition.
