Probably Mars of Destruction in terms of sheer, unmitigated failure. For something more nuanced, Hades Project Zeorymer is loaded with gorgeous designs and incredibly interesting ideas that it either ignores or zips past so quickly that they don't have time to blossom. I still think about it.
