I know this is quibbling but I don't like calling the new GiTS a 'remake' because it's very much its own thing in a way something like FMA: B wasn't. It's just a more accurate adaptation of the manga.

The weird thing about Rowling to me is how there are countless 'nerd' creators like Neil Gaiman, Orson Scott Card, Joss Whedon, and Warren Ellis who people have easily been able to drop even though I argue they all had more unique stories and distinct voices.
