I’m gonna say it here since she disabled comments: The point of this practice is almost never to get new members but to calcify existing ones by inciting backlash, thereby teaching them how hostile the world is to people of their faith. Public shaming plays right into the leadership’s hands.

Art of the character I played for one session of #Exalted Suichi was a poet ronin/poet whose style of swordplay was based heavily on calligraphy. UNFORTUNATELY my DM failed to advise me against playing an unarmored melee character and I got knocked flat on my ass in the second round of combat. 😂

As I try to cut my abdominal fat (which DOES cause health problems), there’s really only one piece of iron-clad advice: Sugary drinks are #1 source of “empty” carbs. Water is always better than soda. If you REALLY need a sweet drink, at least get something with protein, vitamins, or electrolytes.
