I’m gonna say it here since she disabled comments: The point of this practice is almost never to get new members but to calcify existing ones by inciting backlash, thereby teaching them how hostile the world is to people of their faith. Public shaming plays right into the leadership’s hands.
Dr. Amy, PsyDWe need to bring back public shaming. Any chance this is some kind of crime? Causing disruption on an aircraft? I guarantee this wouldn't be allowed if someone whose religion wasn't Christianity tried it.
