it's a beautiful thing to make art, to write something, draw something, paint something. not only that, but it's beautiful to learn how to make art. you have to try and struggle and when you finally make something you're proud of, it feels amazing generative ai takes away all of that

Gonna be blunt, the reason I complain about AI so much is because it's made so much extra work for me, as I'm inundated with AI slopware games that I have to sort through and filter out, if this garbage tech ceased to exist tomorrow, it would be an immediate ease of that workload.

Dwarf Fortress 53.16 is up. Another quality of life patch, this also fixes up some issues like invisible divine items and the one where a dwarf ordering a drink at a tavern with multiple staff would be served a drink by every staff member, sometimes resulting in acute alcohol poisoning.
