Soak is flat damage reduction in Cyberrats. Almost all of the underwater enemies have high soak values because I think it's funny

Hello, friends. I've been relatively quiet and mighty inactive in my usual TTRPG spaces on account to our family getting thrown into turmoil. My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year, and we need help with the mounting cancer expenses. We truly appreciate any help you can give.

Julio over at Dragoncrown is one of the nicest and down to earth people I've had the joy of being friends with in the ttrpg community. As someone who lives in a country with universal health care, seeing this properly upsets me and frustrates me. So if you can, please help him out.
