I don't know much about ADHD. I know more about the autism spectrum. I feel that a particular range of high functioning autistics dominate the online conversation about autism. They have important useful things to say. But lower functioning folks also exist. Some literally can't speak for themselves

There is a term AuDHD for autism combined with ADHD. Is this a term for interactions, or does ADHD actually express differently in these cases? Could it be, in some definable sense, an actual different thing?

Is it possible that not everyone with ADHD symptoms has an identical biological etiology for them? Or that the etiology is common, but it to some degree expresses different ways in different people?

They're not. But calling those innate differences a "disorder" is a social construction. And calling them a "neurotype" instead is a social construction. And granting or denying someone medication, accomodations, etc is going to involve creating quite a lot of social constructions along the way.
