The Green Party have released their full list of 2026 policies and like previous elections it's very comprehensive, I've only had time for a quick skim read but there's some good stuff in there www.greens.org.nz/policy#polic... Crossposted with @openvibe.social
@neal1899.bsky.social the one poll we have of farmers suggesfs they've been quite successful on that front www.stuff.co.nz/politics/360...
This could actually be what pushes them over 5% as their left leaning supporters breath easy knowing their vote won't back the coalition That said, polls show 40% of TOP voters voted coalition last election, so who knows www.rnz.co.nz/news/politic... Crossposted with @openvibe.social

plus there's this guy who makes software for DJs, doesn't donate to any other party but his business partner is a fonder of a company that makes EV charging infrastructure who has donated to the Greens newsroom.co.nz/2026/07/20/s...
It's hard to know because their backers aren't exactly aligned either, they have at last one donor who has also donated to the coalition, but they also have Philip Mills who donates to Labour and the Greens and has a stated goal of keeping NZ First out of power newsroom.co.nz/2026/05/12/m...
