I had no clue what to expect from Paris Hilton's visual memoir about the Infinite Icon album, but I've kind of enjoyed it? The songs are solid and she discusses the toxicity of the early 2000's. Which really does hit home given how we seem to be repeating that era now in how we treat female celebs

So one of the things i have noticed from fighting ppl in IG comments all weekend is that if you approach heated people with logic and critical thinking, you can change the way they engage you.

The dude in the picture seriously believes we all need to use that shit to do things. Mu days would get a lot better if AI was banned, finding accurate sources for things wouldn't take as long without having to deal with slop on top of all the other crap.

Part of having my internet brain dismantled by my last therapist was her reminding me to lead with empathy. This can be hard for me because of leftover childhood trauma I still have to work on. But leading with empathy really was the first step to ending my internet brain. More ppl should try it

I have seen a lot of weird parasocial hate for Bravo ppl, but in my MANY years of Bravo fandom I have never seen anyone get as much vicious hatred as Janet Caperna gets compared to what she's actually done, which is mostly be benignly weird and annoying.
