This part. I have been scolded for not doing alt text in the past. I only do it when a picture is of interest outside my regular people because the interface is SO clunky on mobile. I am not fighting clunky app design just to describe a picture of my cat
alexis simpsonbluesky devs- you have got to do something about the alt text interface on mobile. it's really hard to use. I can't scroll up and down easily and makes it really hard to proofread my alt text.
