Since this is growing some legs, it’s probably a good time to point out that you have a food bank near you, and it’s better to donate money than canned goods- they can stretch your dollar way further than you can. And they always need volunteers, for those of us who have more time than money.

Volunteering at the food bank this morning and we had to discard 4 cases of Taylor Farms salad bowls that were donated by a local grocery chain a couple of days ago. They gave us recalled food knowing it was contaminated, and wrote it off as a donation. 🤬
