yeah eventually you learn to just do it anyway and not tell anyone. and/or quit big studios :) and/or you're laid off anyway so why even bother giving shit like this a second thought they don't care about you!!!!!
Chris KerrI suspect anyone who's worked at a major studio in a full-time capacity has encountered these clauses, which seem oddly self-defeating in how they prevent employees from bettering themselves outside the confines of the workplace—and subsequently sharing that knowledge with their peers.
It is true, if you’re benefitting from Disabled Adult Child benefits, you will lose them if you get married and your spouse has income. I guess the government just assumes they’ll become your caretaker, which adds all sorts of weird dynamics to what is presumably a romantic relationship.
