Anyone else finding that Bible Gateway is, increasingly, glitchy and sluggish and inconvenient?

The TV Guide summary was something like "An FBI agent investigates a murder in a small town." We were not expecting, not ready, not sure of what we were seeing. Every beat of that first episode was unlike every beat of everything else we had seen. It was glorious.

Is Gloo a grift? A glift? I dunno. Their impenetrable prose is so full of vapid gobbledygook that it’s impossible to know if that is deliberate flim-flammery targeted toward the rubes or if it accurately represents the (lack of) clarity in their own vision.

What does “Gloo” do? It appears that it collects two things: investment capital, and data. It spends the first and likely sells the second. And local churches will want to pay for Gloo’s glippity glop because they’ll be able to buy back some access to their own data. Well, OK then.

If you care about your SAT score after you are admitted as an undergrad, or your GRE score after you become a grad student ... Don't. It's weird. Like, MENSA weird. If you care about someone else's SAT or GRE score, at any point in your life, you have a problem. Get help.

Mainstream Respectable opinion is that people joking about a bad person's death represents a culture of cruelty, but really it represents a culture of impunity. It's a coping mechanism for watching someone do evil their whole life and never seeing consequences
