Some people can actually afford that and US citizenship for a child is worth the cost to them. Also, if they quickly return home with the baby it's unlikely the bills will successfully follow them overseas. I don't think it's a big enough deal to freak out about, let alone like MAGA is.

Someone tell him how many Americans travel to other countries for affordable medical care.
