It's genuinely funny how this extremely obvious, uncontroversial fact of Israeli politics has been completely verboten in most US discussions of Israel and Palestine.

I can find no article published in the New York Times in recent years about whether there is Muslim representation on any commission, panel, or agency in NYC's government.

You can both (1) think the underlying story here is mostly whatever and (2) prefer a candidate wherein we do not have to litigate their sex lives

i find his account kind of interesting because it's a lot of attempted clapbacks at random figures that makes the Administration look whiny and needy. it's just a lot of "stop doing this!!!" when he is enconsed within the walls of the white house

The defense of the state of Israel against charges of genocide - even when members of the literal governing coalition are making statements of genocidal intent - basically rests on assuming that people with quite a bit of power in the Israeli government do not speak for that government.
