As we enter the last week of Hugo voting, a reminder that October Daye is up for Best Series, and winning would be made SO MUCH SWEETER by the fact that I could take my trophy and inform the room "I'm going to Disneyland," then ACTUALLY DO IT, since Disneyland will be less than a mile away. WOW!

thinking about how ppl quit bosses but also the reverse- I know ppl who will not switch jobs because they love the person they report to so much plus in the current employment market a manager who won't throw you under the bus and stands up for you in the workplace is worth more than a salary hike
