Absolutely. The "7 to 77" just alliterated nicely, but Moon Child doesn't discriminate. 🙂 The slogan was already conceived around the original 1997 release. It was printed on the back of the box, and in an ad.

Looking at the filename, "DPIIE3D.GIF", this must have been made using Deluxe Paint ("DPaint") version IIe, released in the early 1990s for MS-DOS PCs. DPaint had a function to tilt a 2D bitmap into perspective. Good ol' times. 🙂
