Wrong or right, we could be paying for the next developments for decades. As social systems struggle to cope, and governments face the choice of adopting a fully representative form of democracy, or resist the pressure to share power in a progressive manner and support an ongoing technofeudalism.

The university of Sussex campus would be an ideal location. It has a strong environmental department and innovation centre. There are clusters of housing with shared resources that would be enhanced through the use of this type of system. The reliance on private sector developers stops serious use.
