The actual harsh truth about MAHA is that it is an anti-vaxx, anti-science, pro-diarrhea conspiracy movement. It cloaks its arguments in abstractions about "big pharma" and "free speech" to generate *the exact op-ed The Atlantic keeps publishing*. Movements like this need to be fought, not placated.

Rail transport is great, it is also slowed. Sustainability comes at the cost of convenience and we should be willing to pay it.

It is simply slower and harder to connect together a bunch of cars and disconnect them several times and then still have tens of miles to drive something to a destination versus drive point to point. It is why even ground shipping uses trucks.
