I just want to note that Franks is saying it should be good practice for journalists to run their stories by the FSU before publishing? Even though what the FSU media release, and this garbage, was a response to a journalist ASKING QUESTIONS TO A MINISTER ABOUT A DECISION THE MINISTER MADE.

I think we can also assume that Julian Robertson, the very rich person whose bequest accounts for nearly half the value of Auckland's collection, donated with the intention that it be hocked off and disappear into the multi-billion dollar annual roading budget.
