I hate that storyboards have become expected to be final clean animation poses with breakdowns in perfect perspective. this is not how it was supposed to be. let the animators animate! (I say as both a boarder and an animator)
Rachel GreenI love how the previous generations of storyboard artists were allowed to draw silly cartoon characters on flat wobbly backgrounds, but now we have to learn how to draw the most realistic anime proportions and perspective ever to even be considered for a job
am i crazy or has cartoon youtube gotten increasingly insular lately? By that i mean used to be anyone could talk about a cartoon and like 10 people could pull a sizable audience. Now it feels like that number is down to 3. and more worryingly it feels like the media that pops off tends to be drama
