after 15 years Disney has finally made a GREAT spider-man movie

am i crazy or has cartoon youtube gotten increasingly insular lately? By that i mean used to be anyone could talk about a cartoon and like 10 people could pull a sizable audience. Now it feels like that number is down to 3. and more worryingly it feels like the media that pops off tends to be drama

Biggest issue with 7 Havens isn't that its clearly trying to appeal to kids. its that it looks WAY to generically scifi.

watched the doomsday trailer and felt nothing. really might be the right call to soft reboot the MCU at this point if even my DIE HARD self dgaf about this movie

i might record better when i'm listening to podcasts on my headphones. or i just can't hear myself flub lines as much. but it gets the job done soooo

part of me wonders if the reason paramount decided to release the avatar movie early is because they wanted to change the news cycle and distract from all the lawsuits they're getting hit with over the WB merger and corruption charges

making my way through Navatar and it pains me how often this show will have a pretty decent idea or fun way to blend elements from the original series. Only for the execution to be incredibly mid. Or worse feel like its trying to cram too many moments in from the original show but with 0 build up

AT sidequests is very fun. Its not a full replication of Early AT's writing and joke style. its more WTF was that vs Lol so random. A bit weird to see Ice king being the butt of the joke again after all that was done to make us empathize with Simon. But on the whole a fun prequel.

am i crazy or did live action Avatar rip out most of the eastern influences and instruments for its soundtrack? I swear ever track feels like diet hans Zimmer and not the kind that did kung fu panda

Been replaying God of War Ragnarok and despite how much i love the story. The fact that i can't skip through cut-scenes makes the intro DRAGGGG so badly.

Disney its been 12 years. You can make a movie with a different artstyle I promise the kids will still buy the toys.

ngl kinda don't like how the great mysery Odin spent his entire life chasing, what happens to gods when they die? just gets revealed in the next game so the story has an excuse to use a bunch of different gods from other religions
