If that's funded by an inheritance tax then good. It will take such a burden off millions of people and those who love them and that's far more important than some people losing a slice of a windfall. Let's help people who need care not use them as some living investment that pays out at death.

Otto EnglishWatched that Boris Johnson documentary last night in which he went into the "kill zone" in Ukraine. On the plus side he was warmly welcomed by service personnel putting their lives on the line. On the downside it was one of the most self serving, self mythologising bits of tv I've ever seen.
