I re-read Zeynep Tufekci’s “Twitter and Teargas” just a few years ago. It’s hard for me to connect that insightful thinker to the shrieking confirmation biased nut on social media today. Warped by notoriety? Radicalized by immersion? PTSD from Covid? Or was there always a nut lurking inside?🤷🏻‍♂️
