Absolutely. Anything worth doing will leave you despairing at one point or another (or many points, often). Pushing past that point is usually where inspiration occurs.

Personally, I would say if you've already created the key frames and you're using AI as your in-betweener, the creation is still your own. You may (or may not, I truly do not know) find yourself spending more time fixing those in-between frames in the end, though.

I think there's a fine line between using AI as a tool and using AI instead of actually creating anything at all. I'm not certain we as a culture have determined where that line lies, yet.

People who have never understood that 'ideas' are a dime-a-dozen. The work is the art. The work is the point.

You're not 'creating' anything if you use AI at all. It's literally the opposite. It's either "I'm too stupid to learn" or "I'm too lazy to work" for the AI set. There's no creation and there's no creativity.
