This is the sort of ‘bloke’ who’d say any woman who got raped was ‘asking for it’. This is the sort of bloke who’d claim it was all just ‘bants’.

Even after difficult days, nature still finds ways to bloom.

No one, 50y ago, would believe a drug-addled dunderhead could be a health secretary. Especially not in the most advanced high tech country in the world. We can laugh at the stupidity but the destruction of US science, the EPA, the FDA & CDC sets back not just the US, but world health by decades.

Take life day by day and be grateful for the little things. Don’t get caught up in what you can’t control, but, control what you can. Accept and make the best of it, build on it and remember, tomorrow is another day, more importantly, remember, you are enough.

I’m glad that you are okay. I hope that your tiredness lifts, I always feel that the winter months are hibernation months. Yes, the days are getting longer, Spring is coming!
