Google leadership says "we're all in on AI, that's our main goal this year!" Middle management then assess employees based on how much AI they shove in to everything. Employees want a bonus, so... AI things get built. Occasionally good things, usually stupid things, often awful things.

I have one, haven't used it for large musical instruments but have hauled the kid's bike regularly (bit of a learning curve but very handy once I figured it out). Anyway if you want to try it, let me know, I'm in Porter.

Having grown up in Israel: Israel has different school systems for Jews and Arab citizens. Guess which one is massively underfunded? Jews and Arabs can't legally marry each other without converting religions. Jewish settlers in West Bank get to vote; Palestinians do not. Etc It's apartheid.

If you need to haul a kid (or adult!) bike with your normal e-bike, the Tow Monster is an excellent choice; permanently attached, quick to use, made locally. The alternative is a Bakkie Bag; it takes more work each time, and has a learning curve. The plus is it's removable and light-weight.

We have sanctuary cities, but for whom? States like Massachusetts, California, and New York offer essential protections for marginalized people. You can't be a sanctuary for vulnerable people if you don't build the housing they need and can afford.

It's a local restaurant. The maps result was what I was searching for. The maps result got fed to the "AI", since it had the full name rather what I searched for. The "AI" then decided this restaurant five blocks from me, that Google Maps certainly knows about, doesn't exist. Garbage.

I searched for "chivo", got "Chivo Tacqueria" at the top from the maps results, right underneath the "AI" claimed was no such place as "Chivo Tacqueria". Same day it told me that a character from season 5 of Only Murders in the Building was in season 1 as a silent auctioneer(?!). It's _garbage_.
