This... yeah I know, costs, cost overruns: but a proper decent building w/ secure racks & so on... costs money! And supports cycling which takes cars off the road which benefits everyone (less traffic, lower emissions etc). Contrast the costs to support CARS... roads, car parks, accidents etc
