I have no respect for a nation, culture or religion that wants to erase women. Afghan women are effectively political prisoners in their homes. Shame on leaders who think this level of oppression, which includes withholding of education, is acceptable.

We don’t have a deer problem in my neighborhood—coyotes, foxes, possums (good neighbors!), raccoons, owls, hawks & tons of rabbits & squirrels. My friend who moved here from a neighborhood where deer ate her plants every summer tried everything & said, in anger & despair, “Fuck Bambi!”

This is self inflicted negative publicity on Eric Trump’s that should trigger an investigation & possibly impeachment. But it won’t. Senate Republicans & the Supreme Court are complicit in enabling Trump’s blatant corruption.

They hate hellebores, which are also hardy, evergreen & relatively low maintenance (they grow from the center like palm trees & you need to trim off the dead outer leaves every winter) but those unfortunately aren’t native plants.

Why would anyone believe anything Todd Blanche says? He’s clearly trying to get the permanent AG job so he can more actively enable Trump’s corruption & turn the DOJ into Trump’s personal, taxpayer funded law firm.

George Santos can’t seem to stop himself from committing crimes, especially financial, & he pays very little in terms of consequences.

That argument reflected a total lack of concern for teachers. I don’t know if there’s a teacher in this country who is paid enough to sacrifice their life for the child of an antivaxxer who thinks teachers-some of whom can’t even afford to live in the cities where they teach-are overpaid.

Remember Rob Porter, who abused both of his wives? He was dating Hope Hicks during the first Trump admin when his history of domestic violence became public. Porter was ultimately forced to resign. This time around he’d still be working for Trump. Pete Hegseth is. And Cory Mills remain in Congress.

If this sad incident doesn’t get them to close Lower Broad to cars, nothing will. We just had a driver who shouldn’t have been behind the wheel kill an Australian tourist & seriously injure 2 other people.
