Why would any credible epidemiologist work for the US govt in the future when it’s clear that Republicans like Rand Paul may haul you before a Senate committee to set you up for vindictive prosecution for the crime of…using your professional skills to save lives? open.substack.com/pub/graceren...

dbstewart_tnIt's a shame that U.S. citizens have to rely upon foreign news sources to expose the depth of U.S. political corruption. It's a damned shame that so many U.S. citizens ignore the exposure.

This entirely predictable misuse of Flock cameras is why I spoke against them at a meeting at the downtown public library & at Metro Council & why I continue to oppose this level of unwarranted surveillance: the potential for abuse by police officers against current or ex-wives & girlfriends.
Drew HarwellNew: We found 50 cops who misused Flock cameras and other license-plate readers for personal purposes, often to spy on their girlfriends or ex-wives. He "watched every single move I made. ... Who do you turn the chief of police in to?" wapo.st/3S6rTuo
