Sitting at the bar, two women in their 80s come in to pick up a food order, we get to talking about DC, ends up at we know a lot of the same people in Brookland. This is such a great small town we live in. :)

@wmata.com @metrobusinfo.bsky.social the sign at stop 1003843 (at the DC Costco) was recently updated, and y'all got rid of half of the necessary information. The C63, for example, stops here both Georgia Ave-bound and Deanwood-bound, but the sign now only says Deanwood. Riders were very confused.

What percentage of DMV-area motorists do NOT tint their windows so dark you can’t see if a person is actually driving? 3%? 5%?

Made the transfer at 18th & Franklin from C71 to C63 w/ 10 secs to spare b/c I was intently tracking bus location on @transit.app & asked the driver to let me off half-block early to run. Making bus transport work shouldn’t require advanced tools, grace, & luck. We need better frequency, @wmata.com
