Made the transfer at 18th & Franklin from C71 to C63 w/ 10 secs to spare b/c I was intently tracking bus location on @transit.app & asked the driver to let me off half-block early to run. Making bus transport work shouldn’t require advanced tools, grace, & luck. We need better frequency, @wmata.com
