Took me many years to truly understand this.
dax660And also worth knowing that the only way Federal programs are funded is through the Congressional budget process. Taxes don't fund Federal programs. Federal programs only need Congress to agree to a budget and the money is allocated by the Federal Reserve. Taxes pay for state and local programs.

im begging you once again to please decouple "evil" from "mentally ill." every time you label an evil man mentally ill you throw the most vulnerable people under a bus. we are not more likely to be prone to violence. in fact, we are more likely to be victims of abuse. please remember that.
