Some of my local election-security activism involves training volunteers who will be getting heckled by conspiracy theorists, and I want to improve my training materials.

I feel like I recently reposted an excellent, simple bulleted set of instructions on the best way to counter disinformation, but my search-fu is failing me. Could one of you lay that on me? (Or lay ten different ones on me?)
