Sigh. Maybe people are so over saturated with the noise that they are trying to block it out on purpose? Overload is also a thing. www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

Incredible. I am truly shocked… shocked that you’re surprised by this development. You legitimised anti-trans discourse. Of course this would happen www.itv.com/news/2026-08...

Emailed my gym about changing rooms where lockers are in gendered spaces and got an automated email saying “we have changing rooms you can use” while not outlining the policy. How useful.

Asked a cis woman friend to watch the interview with Mary Ann on Channel 4 and let me know what she understood the new situation to be… “To be honest, I’m not sure I understand what she’s suggesting” followed by “it’s interesting how ridiculous it sounds once you get into the details” What a mess

I’ll tell you what, the comments on that @channel4news.bsky.social post about the EHRC on Facebook has an absolute bonfire of people coming out with such a wide array of things that will end up with people being sued that I’m almost chuckling at how silly this will be in practice

You know what occurred to me? She said places could go unisex to be compliant and I think this is key for everyone. Doing away with gendered spaces across the board and forcing people to be neutral and stop obsessing about who pees where. It could be the best unintended outcome of all of this 🤣

This Vine debate is incredible. It perfectly encapsulates what a mess the EHRC has created & how much anti-trans voices have no idea what they’re talking about. Vine is repeatedly “confused” and what a way to make law when it’s this easy to not understand it www.facebook.com/share/v/19GZ...
