Nobody is giving far-right consent, nobody knows where the footage will be uploaded to, nobody knows how and when a person captured without their consent will be targeted by violent far-right. This isn’t just Meta glasses - content creation for nefarious far-right purposes is not a neutral act.

Following our story, this far-right group that was raising funds for 'vigilantes' has been banned from Tiktok. A spokesperson for the social media company said the Knights Templar International account "breach[ed] our rules against hate speech".

Modern UK immigration law dates back to the Aliens Act 1905, specifically aimed at excluding Jewish people. We barred Jewish refugees pre-1939 & kept survivors out post-1945, whilst admitting Nazis. Churchill was a notorious antisemite, as is Farage, till recently leading in the polls. I could go on
Alasdair MackenziePretty staggering to look at British history and say antisemitism has been imported from outside
LATEST: Spain's Prime Minister has condemned an 'attack on Spain's territorial integrity' after the sudden and as-yet unexplained mass incursion of migrants into a Spanish enclave on the north African coast But were Israel and US to blame? 🤔

“What is required is a recommitment to the values that the [UN Refugee] Convention embodies. That should be a defining mission for our new government: a return to compassion, responsibility, and welcome.”
HIAS+JCOREDid you know that Jewish refugees helped shape the Refugee Convention? On its 75th anniversary week, our Exec. Director David Mason wrote for @jewishnews.bsky.social about why that proud history must continue to inspire Jewish social justice work. Read more ➡️ www.jewishnews.co.uk/jewish-refug...

In an article for @irishnews.com, @humanrightsfirst.org's @suchitauppal.bsky.social and @cajni.bsky.social's Shannon Doherty write about the targeting of those supporting immigrant communities in Northern Ireland, and the immediate steps that authorities must take to protect them.

Amongst the scenes of horrific far-right racist violence on the streets of Glasgow this weekend were Northern Irish promoters of racist hate, Mark Sinclair, a convicted UVF bank robber and Glen Kane, a loyalist who was part of a sectarian mob who killed a Catholic man in Belfast in 1992. [1/n]
'A loyalist killer and a former UVF member attended an anti-immigration demonstration in Glasgow that turned violent. Those attending the protest from N. Ireland included Glen Kane who was jailed for nine years for being part of a mob which killed a Catholic man during a sectarian riot in 1992.'
I wonder if part of this is that these protests were labelled as farmers protests because that's a magic labelling in ireland, but were full of people who weren't farmers at all. Like there were some there of course but I dont think it was the majority
Jen KeaneWow, it's almost like all those protests weren't really about fuel... www.independent.ie/county/wexfo...

Irish News pick up on a story based on your testimonies, on Border Force ops in Grand Central Station. ‘National Crime Agency told the NI Policing Board last month, referring to the Common Travel Area, that it “hasn’t seen a significant increase in the extent to which it has been abused”. [1/n]
End Deportations Belfast are one of the 200 groups who signed this letter to the PM. Simple demands to put humanity back into the asylum system.
Asylum MattersHostility isn't working - and everyone can see it. Government after Government has tried making the asylum system crueller, and left it more broken than ever. But there's a better way. With 200+ refugee orgs, we've sent Andy Burnham a blueprint for a system based in both evidence and welcome.
The decision to allow Border Force into Grand Central Station is one of appeasement to political unionism, and far-right loyalism. The Justice Minister claimed she had concerns about the Common Travel Area as loyalists prepared to terrorise Belfast and commit pogroms on June 9. [1/2]
