It is my opinion that EA Games is not a gaming company. They are a Wall Street monopoly management company that was crushed when their monopolies began to falter.

A "playwright" is not a "writer" (with a pen) of plays. You "wright" goods by mass producing them. It was a pejorative. A "playwright" was the dude churning out hundreds of crappy ideas instead of doing the research required to write one really good idea. They were the original "AI slop" artists.

Why is this okay? My post, accurately pointing out the flaw in someone else's incorrect statement, is now lessened in value because the original lie is no longer visible. Tell #Bluesky (using the "feedback" button) that we need a "retraction" mechanic.

"Justice" the goddess was always depicted with one exposed breast, which represented her nurturing the poor who had no other voice among the rich. In 1383, she was deliberately carved onto the Loggia dei Lanzi by the horribly corrupt Albizzi family wearing a full-length dress and a men's cuirass.

"Justice" was not originally blindfolded. Importantly, she is supposed to have keen, clear, and piercing vision. You know, "Open your fucking eyes, people!" She was blindfolded by Germans in 1494 as a metaphor representing the corruption of the Catholic Church. Uneducated morons didn't get the memo.

"Fortune's Weave" is a stupid name. The Roman goddess Fortuna (aka the Greek goddess Tyche) doesn't weave. She has a giant wheel she spins randomly to dump the rich into poverty and vice-versa. The Fates (aka the Greek "moirai") do the weaving. Non-fates were prohibited from weaving after Arachne.

The word "jaunt" exists in English because it's a misspelling of "jaunce" that no one ever bothered to correct. When you want to tire out a horse, you "jaunce" the horse. When the horse wants to tire you out, he "jolts" you. That's the difference.

The word "suffice" in English means to provide enough strength to your argument for it to withstand a counter-argument. It comes from the #Latin "sub-" (below) plus "facio" (do), because you are laying the concrete foundation below the current temporary structure (metaphorically built on stilts).

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but #Google no longer allows you to converse with their #GenerativeAI product. That is really, really bad because AI is not a logical machine. An AI with which you cannot converse when it's mistaken is EXTREMELY dangerous.

One of the most dangerous songs we've ever come up with is "Fucking Perfect" by Pink. None of us are perfect. "Perfect" people don't learn. They don't concede. They don't negotiate. They demand. Terrorists, narcissists, and schizophrenics believe they're perfect. Instead, learn how to improve.

It has been exactly one year (and three days) since the last time I used the #AIVideo service #Kling. It has not improved. I'll try it again next August.

Here's what AI fails to understand because we as a group fail to understand it: "moral panics" are not panics. They are carefully designed machinations by bigots who want to track, hinder, imprison, and occasionally murder those who they simply don't like.

The "vice" squad is called that because of the #Latin word "vitium", which means "blemished" (like acne). The idea is that you have a sea of identical faces and the vice squad prevents those few people---whose faces are different---hint, hint---from "making the rest of us look bad".

The new #PixVerse Game model has the ability to replicate the artistic style of your reference image fairly well. I have high hopes for my new animated witchcraft series, which I came up with about twenty minutes ago.
