"Justice" was not originally blindfolded. Importantly, she is supposed to have keen, clear, and piercing vision. You know, "Open your fucking eyes, people!" She was blindfolded by Germans in 1494 as a metaphor representing the corruption of the Catholic Church. Uneducated morons didn't get the memo.
