Well according to my building's group chat it is a car chase and the police think they're armed. It appears most LAPD helicopter use is for car chases. Another reason to get rid of cars from our cities! But even then, the helicopter is clearly not helping at this point even if it ever was. Ban them.

So I only now see this, and have no idea what is going on, but despite that it is abundantly obvious that the helicopter is not helping in any way whatsoever.

Can we please take away the LAPD's helicopters? This one has been circling over my apartment again and again and it's so annoying. I am tired of spending 3 BILLION dollars a year so these boys can play with big toys over my home.

No it's definitely real, albeit I don't know how significant the claim about the aspartame being a neurotrophic is. I'm sure much more of the benefit comes from it having more caffeine and no sugar.

2 different purposes. Diet Coke is a performance enhancing brain drug. I think that midday when I have work ahead. Whereas regular Coke is dessert, I may have that with dinner when the day's work is done

A good signal that Karen Bass neither rides transit nor knows anyone who does because this is close to last on the list of wants for people who rely on Metro. Faster service, more frequent headways, cleaner buses and trains, less disorder, etc. That’s what is needed. Not this dumb slop.

Mayor Bass, this is not what us Metro riders actually want. We want our fare revenue to be used to provide better service- more frequent, more reliable, cleaner, and safer. Those matter so much more to us actual Metro riders than saving $1.75.

There should be a bounty program where, if you take a picture of a car parked in a bike lane and send it to the city on some app, you get 10% of the fine or something like that.
